Coronovirus pandemic caused sudden and large changes in our daily life. Moved with responsibility, prudence and, above all, trust in God’s Mercy, we regret to suspend many of our parish and diocesan events: meeting of Polish youth on Saturday, Lenten retreats, meetings of parish groups. The most painful decision is the suspension until further notice of all liturgical services effective Saturday evening with the regularly scheduled weekend services. We will be able to participate in Masses from St. Ladislaus Church thru the Internet. Sunday Masses without the participation of the faithful will be celebrated in Polish at 10.30am and at 1.30pm, while Mass in English will be celebrated at 12.00pm.

Affected by the coronovirus pandemic, we want to respond to this test of our faith and humanity prudently and piously. This is why:

  • Holy Masses during the week without the participation of the faithful will be celebrated and broadcasted via the Internet at the current hours: 8.15am and 7.00pm.
  • The church will be open to private prayer from Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
  • In addition to Tuesday, all day long adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, we will also undertake night adoration, which will last from Tuesday after Mass at 7.00pm to Wednesday at 8.00am. Please sign up for the adoration schedule so that someone is present at the adoration every hour.
  • On Wednesday, we encourage you to take a fasting as a supplication for the stop of the plague.

We keep the peregrination of the Cross of the Gratitude in our parish, which will last from Sunday, March 15 to Wednesday, March 18. We will greet the Cross on Sunday’s “Gorzkie Żale”. Additional Stations of the Cross in Polish will be celebrated on Monday at 7.45pm. On Tuesday, however, there will be all-day and all-night adoration of the cross with the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. Refrain from touching the cross as a protection against coronavirus.
